I am currently a freelance photographer and the idea for Sorto was birthed from a conversation with a fellow photographer about the need for a free organizational app that was specifically tailored to photographers’ specific and unique equipment management needs.

SORTO is a gear sorting and price tracking app specifically tailored to a working photographer’s needs. A photographer’s job is already complex - sorting your gear shouldn’t be. Sorto desires to simplify a photographer’s workflow by managing gear and tracking when to sell/upgrade.
